4 cups shredded cooked chicken 1 cup 2% cottage cheese Crumble 25 Ritz crackers and melt 3 tablespoons of butter. 2 chopped green onions
Directions Preheat oven to 350°. Beat cream cheese and sour cream in a large bowl until smooth. Add soup, onion, and garlic powder. Mix in cottage cheese and chicken. Place in a greased 9-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle crackers and butter over casserole.
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes to heat. Garnish with green onions.
Cream cheese softens best at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
