Easy Fudge Recipe Tips

Avoid overcooking your chocolate mixture while melting chocolate chips for fudge. Just heat enough to melt chocolate chunks. This guarantees soft, creamy fudge.

Line the pan with parchment paper to help removing the fudge simple. If parchment paper is unavailable, use wax paper or non-stick aluminum foil. Using non-stick spray will make fudge hard to remove.

This fudge can be stored in an airtight jar at room temperature for a week. Refrigerate it in an airtight container for longer storage.

Different chocolate chips can be used to make this two-ingredient fudge in different tastes. I prefer dark chocolate chips, but white chocolate chips are fine too.

 Make peanut butter fudge with chips. Make white chocolate fudge with butterscotch or white chocolate chips! For swirling or layered fudge, split the recipe and make two tastes.

Put your favorite mix-ins or toppings to this fudge. We adore adding chopped walnuts, pecans, or peanuts. You can add raisins, cranberries, or pineapple.
