A Puff Pastry Crust Tops This Mushroom Pizza.

Set the oven temperature to 425°F. Gather parchment paper and set it aside.

Roll out the puff pastry into a 10-by-15-inch rectangle on a board that has been lightly dusted with flour.

Place the baking sheet in the oven. Score a ½-inch border around the edges using a paring knife, being careful not to cut through.

Lightly coat the middle of the dough with olive oil. For approximately 10 minutes, or until delicately puffed and golden.

Put the butter in a big skillet and melt it over medium-high heat.

After approximately 4 minutes of stirring, add the garlic and mushrooms and continue cooking until they begin to brown.

Pour in the wine and season with a touch of pepper and salt.
